Last week, we unveiled the first convention-exclusive Cyberpunk TCG promo card — a full art Foil Nova Rare variant of Rebecca: Having a Moment. It’s an incredible looking card that we’re very proud of, and based on community feedback, it seems like you’re just as excited about it as we are!
But, understandably, with that excitement have come a few questions and concerns about promo card availability. We hear you, and today we want to give you some answers.
This exact promo version of Rebecca: Having a Moment will be available to attendees who complete Cyberpunk TCG demo sessions at every one of our major convention appearances between now and our retail release. That means you’ll be able to get your hands on this card at Anime Expo 2026, Gen Con 2026, Japan Expo 2026, and Spiel Essen 2026.
That said, we understand that attending in person isn't always possible. That's why we're also planning a digital convention event for the WeirdCrew, once Kickstarter fulfilment begins. WeirdCrew members who attend the event virtually will receive the same Rebecca: Having a Moment promo card, giving all our backers a chance to obtain it. The digital event will be an amazing opportunity for us all to get together, crack some packs, and celebrate Cyberpunk TCG, wherever you happen to be in the world.

FAQs
What is WeirdCo’s stance on mechanically unique promo cards?
WeirdCo will never make a mechanically unique promo card. Our promos will only ever be variants of cards widely available in Cyberpunk TCG Booster Packs and/or Starter Decks.
Will promo cards ever be “region locked” in the future?
Where possible, we will always try to make promos available in both the US and Europe as a minimum, to avoid extreme cases of “region locking”.
Can I get a VA signed version of Rebecca: Having a Moment?
Unfortunately, it simply isn’t possible for us to get all of these promos signed by Alex Cazares, Rebecca’s English Voice Actor from Edgerunners. That opportunity will only be open to people attending Anime Expo on Friday, July 3.
When will we see the rules text for Rebecca: Having a Moment?
Rebecca: Having a Moment will feature in Cyberpunk TCG set two, and you’ll discover her rules text during that set’s reveal season. This textless promo version will be fully playable once set two is released, and will function identically to its full-text regular variant.
Does this mean the WeirdCrew will get access to every convention promo moving forward?
No. The WeirdCrew will have exciting opportunities to receive more cool promos in the future, but we cannot promise access to every convention promo.
