AMBASSADOR GUIDELINES
These guidelines outline the expectations and standards for members of our Ambassador Program. By becoming an ambassador, you commit to upholding these principles to maintain the integrity and positive culture of the Cyberpunk TCG community.
- 01
Purpose
Ambassadors are volunteers who help grow and support the Cyberpunk TCG community at local game stores, conventions, and online. These Guidelines set the minimum standard of behavior required to hold and keep ambassador status. They exist to protect players and to protect the integrity of the program.
- 02
Core Standards
- •Treat every player, store staff member, and fellow ambassador with respect. Harassment, hazing, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind is never acceptable.
- •Enforce game rules fairly and consistently. Never manipulate outcomes, show favoritism in prize allocation, or use ambassador status for personal competitive advantage.
- •Share accurate information about products, releases, and events. Avoid making promises or claims about things that haven't been officially announced.
- •Report damaged, counterfeit, or suspicious products through official channels rather than handling the matter independently.
- 03
Conflicts of Interest & Fair Play
- •Disclose any personal or business relationship with a player that could affect impartial event judging or organizing.
- •Do not use advance knowledge of product releases, spoilers, or promotional card allocation for personal financial gain.
- •Do not sell, resell, or privately trade promotional materials intended for event distribution to players.
- 04
Online & Social Conduct
- •You may reference your ambassador status in your public bio, but you are responsible for your own content. Content that doesn't align with these Guidelines, even if posted personally, can result in suspension.
- •Do not use ambassador status to promote unrelated products, services, or personal fundraising without written approval.
- •Do not share unreleased product information, leaks, or NDA-protected material.
- 05
Reporting Concerns
- Any player, store employee, or fellow ambassador can raise a concern about an ambassador's conduct. Concerns can be raised through the following channels:
- •Support ticket inside the official Cyberpunk TCG Discord
- •By contacting ambassador@weird-company.com
- WeirdCo has standing authority to suspend an ambassador's activity pending review.
- 06
Enforcement
- Issues are handled proportionally to severity and pattern, at the discretion of the WeirdCo team. Possible outcomes include:
- •Written warning — for first-time, low-severity issues.
- •Temporary suspension — pending investigation or as a corrective measure.
- •Permanent revocation — for safety violations, repeated issues, or serious misconduct.
